This role Reports to: Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) Manager

 

What would be the responsibilities for this role?

 

The scope of this role comprises the South ASEAN Hub (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia).

 

Off-site Media Buy :

  • Lead development of plans to drive traffic to eCommerce platforms from strategy to agency execution to post-campaign analysis
  • Monitor, analyze new emerging media methods to enhance and improve the traffic performance of all the media
  • Provide strategic direction for all offsite traffic channels (Facebook, Google, Programmatic)
  • Ensure all traffic channels perform optimally by setting relevant Key Performance Indicators as well as measuring key deliverables
  • Manage annual ecommerce traffic budget & by channel paid media plan according to company's strategy across ecommerce channels
  • Deep dive into MSP / Seller Centre / FB Ads Manager as well as other measuring platforms to gain digital performance insights
  • Be responsible for writing media brief to the agencies
  • Be responsible for new user acquisition and old user retention

 

Close Collaboration with Agencies :

  • Design experiments to continuously test & learn new approaches, codify the learning, & scale
  • Conduct analysis on online activities in relation to optimization, conversion and A/B testing
  • Drive the optimisation of traffic generating channels and the gathering of insights of ecommerce performance

 

User Experience :

  • Measure the results of traffic generation activities. Utilize a reporting framework to evaluate dimensions such as AIPL and consumer purchasing behavior
  • Understand and has an overview of various data in order to deliver data driven strategies, deliver top performance & achieve KPIs

 

What does the ideal candidate profile look like?

  • Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (marketing, business, communications, etc.)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience implementing and optimizing Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Applicable experience in media planning, buying and campaign execution, including programmatic media buying would be an advantage
  • Updated on key technological trends pertaining to E-commerce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Self-starter who can work well both independently and across multi-level stakeholder groups
