The scope of the role are as follows:

 

  • Management of Maintenance Functions for plant equipment
  • Preparation and management of annual Maintenance Budget
  • Manage and coach Maintenance team members
  • Implement SAP based Computerised Maintenance Management System
  • Support spare parts system
  • Drive continuous improvement in the facility
  • Study filling line performance and implement improvement initiatives, focussing on efficiency and output
  • Work effectively with EHS to identify and remediate safety issues.  Ensure that safe work practices are followed
  • Work effectively with Quality to identify and remediate quality issues.
  • Drive the implementation of the Planned Maintenance  Factory Performance & Reliability Standard
  • Partner with Operations and Engineering teams to deliver world class equipment performance
  • Deliver improvement to plant performance in terms of Unplanned DownTime , and Asset Utilization .  
  • Support operations team to reduce Absolute Material Losses
  • Identify and implement capital improvement projects to improve / increase plant performance 
  • Ensure that safe work practices are followed
  • Prepare plant performance KPI update and share with plant leadership team
