Brand Executive (12 months contract)

Job Purpose: To provide administrative and operational support to the brand management team, ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives, effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and efficient handling of day-to-day brand operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in the coordination and execution of brand campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

● Manage administrative tasks such as calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, minutes-taking, and documentation for the brand team.

● Maintain organized records of brand plans, project timelines, supplier contracts, invoices, and marketing assets. 

● Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal departments to follow up on deliverables, quotations, and approvals.

● Support the procurement process by preparing purchase requisitions and tracking marketing-related expenses.

● Assist in compiling performance reports, sales data, and post-campaign evaluations for review.

● Handle brand-related materials inventory, samples distribution logistics.

● Coordinate internal communication updates for new marketing initiatives or campaigns.

● Ensure timely submission of required documentation and compliance with internal policies.

 

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 1–2 years of administrative or marketing support experience preferred.

● Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

● Proficiency in Google Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
