Position Summary:  CP Skin Health Group is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse Manager in our Phoenix/Scottsdale Warehouse & Distribution Center.  The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing all warehouse operations on a daily basis.  The regular schedule will be Monday to Friday onsite, with occasional weekends.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, communicate, and direct the day to day work of the Warehouse team 
• Manage inventory and record integrity; monitor inventory efficiency
• Post receipts in SAP
• Create replenishment for Contract manufacturers
• Shipping in timely manner, including shipping from Contract manufacturers to inbound
• Oversee all transportation, including Inbound and Outbound shipment orders, verification, and invoicing
• Authorize invoices for payment    
• Short and long range planning and logistical analysis
• Prepare for twice-yearly physical inventory; may need to work weekends occasionally
• Maintain compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and all applicable regulations and guidance

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in warehousing logistics
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience with emphasis in Logistics Management, Operations Management, or relevant experience
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• People manager experience
• Experience in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and/or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• SAP experience, or equivalent warehousing/inventory database experience
• Fork Truck certification, or must be able to pass certification within 90 days of hire

Physical job requirements:

• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Walking, Standing, push, pull, carry, squat, and kneel for extended periods of time throughout the workday as consistent with a warehouse and office environment.
• Climb up and down stairs/ladders (where applicable).
• Bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling of materials as needed to conduct daily work activities.
