CP Skin Health is seeking a strategic and proactive Master Data Supervisor to own the integrity, architecture, and evolution of our customer data ecosystem.  In this role, you will architect the "Single Source of Truth" that powers our global go-to-market strategy.  You will lead a high-performing team to ensure that our customer data is accurate, compliant, and actionable, directly impacting our ability to deliver superior customer experiences.
 

 CP Skin Health works on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office.  Applicants should be located near the Scottsdale headquarters, and must be willing to work this schedule.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Direct a diverse team in the end-to-end lifecycle management of active and prospective customer data, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Data Governance & Quality: Establish and enforce data standards, definitions, and validation rules.  Implement automated auditing processes to monitor data health (accuracy, completeness, and duplication).

  • Process Engineering: Identify gaps in the Leads Journey and internal systems. Design, test, and deploy scalable workflows to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve speed-to-lead.

  • System Integration & Architecture: Oversee master data synchronicity across ERP (SAP), CRM, and other platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and reporting accuracy.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between Global IT, Sales Ops, and Sales to resolve technical issues and implement enterprise-level system updates.

  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure customer data handling adheres to global privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and internal security protocols.

  • Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning. Mentor team members through technical training, career pathing, and high-impact project assignments.

  • Change Management: Lead the data component of special projects, such as digital transformations, system migrations, or business integrations.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in a Master Data environment

  • 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership capacity

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, pivot tables, data 

  • Experience with SAP 

 

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, C4C) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and optimize data architecture for enterprise-level efficiency


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $96,800.00 - $137,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
