Position Summary:
CP Skin Health is hiring for the position of Financial Analyst to support the commercial team by providing financial information, insights, and challenge, to help facilitate decision making and drive business results. You will work under the supervision of the Finance Manager. What You’ll Do:

Support the Finance team with reporting & analytics, month-end closing and financial planning & analysis;

Manage budget process, prepare bottom-up estimates, track performance of actual versus plan, and identify and investigate drivers for variances;

Act as a business partner to the commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) by providing them with relevant financial information and insights;

Build scenario analyses for key value drivers (e.g. new products/customers/promotions), and supports cross-functional partners by providing standard and ad-hoc analyses;

Participate actively in identifying risks and opportunities during the Budget, Latest Estimates (LE), and Monthly Rolling Estimate (MRE) processes;

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: trade investment (Gross-to-Net), monthly promotion validation & documentation, preparation of monthly accruals, preparation of GtN and A&P summary reporting, maintenance of pricing conditions and standard costs in SAP, etc.;

Ad-hoc requests from Finance management as required;

Maintain and strengthen the internal controls environment.

Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills with the ability to clearly communicate issues at all levels;

Ambitious and proactive, capable of challenging different point of views;

Structured and organized, able to prioritize and manage several tasks simultaneously;

Works with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Position Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance-related field required;
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance role required;

Sound accounting skills with a basic understanding of balance sheet reconciliations and financial statement preparation;

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Business Apps;
-
Proficiency in English both verbally and written.
Preferred Requirements:
- Master’s Degree and/or formal Accounting qualification;
- Prefer a candidate with experience in commercial finance;
- Hands on experience in SAP preferred.

Salary Range $88,800 - $105,000
Pay is based on several non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
