We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team that drives brand attention, consideration, purchase and loyalty with effective and efficient paid media . The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading attention and action driven media across all channels to deliver on our commercial strategy to increase brand visibility. The Digital Marketing Specialist interacts with our Digital Media & Communication Lead, SEO/SEM Specialist, CRM Specialist, Marketing team, Digital Commerce Team, and supporting agencies to drive business results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop objective-based media channel plans with the support of agency team to drive brand awareness and unlock love for CP Skin Health Group  brands including EltaMD, PCA Skin, and Filorga in the US

  • Work with brand and direct-to-consumer teams to set objectives and testing strategies in media, measure and report results across attention, consideration, purchase, and loyalty phases of consumer journey

  • Manage programmatic campaigns executed by media agency across various media types, platforms, and audiences including display, video, mobile, and social

  • Partner with consumer publishers and affiliates to create hard-working content across partner sites and generate buzz and product trial 

  • Create social experiences with paid campaigns that drive awareness, traffic, and purchase on leading social platforms

  • Partner with SEO/SEM and content specialist for context-driven 360 campaigns that both generate and leverage search demand

  • Drive fresh, sequenced messaging across brand moments that matter, harnessing campaign assets you orchestrate from our internal creative team, global agency creative assets, and iterated from optimization tools

  • Connect media audiences across channels and create an agile test and learn pipeline for audiences using LiveRamp, CDP, and CRM

  • Drive promotional media campaigns (ie sweepstakes and consumer sampling) to acquire new contacts, enrich customer knowledge, and activate experiences with these contacts


What We’re Looking for:

  • Proven record of digital marketing execution in a variety of platforms

  • Knowledge of display, programmatic, paid social, and paid search strategies and trends

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage simultaneous projects and needs

  • Holistic media strategy and mindset with emphasis on growing brand awareness

  • Strong initiative and results oriented

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive

  • Strong Project Management skills

  • Leader and Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, 

  • Thrives on digital innovation and evaluating trends in a changing landscape

  • Cross functional collaboration with other departments to determine long term solutions 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of search experience

  • Experience measuring and optimizing brand awareness and recall 

  • Experience working with standard industry platforms

  • Knowledge of programmatic ecosystems 


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or MBA

  • Prior working experience Experience at Client or Agency leading programmatic media strategy and deployment

Salary Range $86,400 - $113,400 USD

Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
