CP Skin Health is hiring for the role of Commercial Finance Manager.  The successful candidate will provide financial leadership for the Sales and Marketing teams through financial planning, business and financial analyses, and enterprise-wide partnering. This role is based in a fast-paced environment with a great culture that will offer you opportunities for high growth and future career development.

What you will do: 

• Support the organization by providing financial expertise and challenge in increasing the effectiveness of advertising, promotional and trade partner investments.
• Lead the commercial investments planning process through budgeting, actualization and analysis
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify opportunities to grow revenue, increase investment effectiveness, and mitigate risks
• Drive efficiencies in commercial planning, month-end closing and reporting and analytics
• Grow and develop your direct report(s)
• Maintain and strengthen the internal controls environment
• Supervise at least one financial analyst

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting or Finance-related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a finance role
• Experience with financial statement preparation
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Business Apps  
• Proficiency in English both verbally and written
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree and/or formal Accounting qualification
• Experience in commercial finance
• People management experience
• Hands-on experience in SAP

Salary Range $112,000 - $164,850 USD
Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
