An eContent specialist is responsible for ensuring the implementation of "Brilliant Basics" for priority clients. They must make sure that the four pillars of the Digital Shelf are implemented with excellence in the eCommerces: availability of the focus assortment, complete and updated content, goals and ratings & reviews scores, and define the SKU descriptions ensuring keywords for SEARCH.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Interface with the IBE team to develop digital content and select keywords;
  • Participate in the Gates process for product launches, with inputs of the ideal content for each product;
  • Follow up on product launches and listing process with the eCommerce team;
  • Execute the content process with agencies and tools (Stibo and Placeholder);
  • Govern the content for clients;
  • Diagnose content and lead the action plan with the Operational team;
  • Develop the B2B content process and ensure implementation with clients alongside the commercial team;
  • Track the digital shelf scorecard with eAnalytics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree. 
  • Advanced English.
  • Knowledge in layout

  • Interest in digital content (Image and text)

  • Content process with agencies and tools (Stibo and Placeholder)

  • Governance of content for customers 

  • Content’s diagnosis and drive action plan with Operational tea
