Design and analyze the economic results of clients and Sales Team, making comparative reports between previous and current year. Find opportunities to improve sales performance with the Sales Team. Control investments in clients and Sales Team. Acting as a sales team business partner providing information and financial insight.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collect data on sales, costs, and selling expenses
  • Analyze the relevant variations occurred in the last 2 years to resolve the need for adjustments or changes in the assumptions of plans agreed with customers;
  • Prepare and control the estimate of fixed expenses of Sales team;
  • Analyze financial reports
  • Analyze reports to Matrix regarding Sales team
  • Prepare / analyze financial analysis reports of Investments, with details and contracts, variable and fixed funds;
  • Prepare and load Budgets data regarding investments;
  • See opportunities to improve profitability, through Income Statement with knowledge in accounting and taxes. Understand and identify growth opportunities through sales prices (shelf price vs. investments).
  • Develop and update financial tools for use by the Sales Team, with sell-in & out data.
  • Give presentations to customers and sales staff, and travel to presentations when needed.

 

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in Financial Planning (FP&A)
  • Advanced level of English
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint or Google Sheets and Google Slides
  • Proficiency in SAP (Finance Modules), BW analysis or other analytical tool
