Job Summary: 

RE Expert is responsible for the development and execution of Hypers and Supers Omnichannel strategy.

It is desirable experience in Sales, Trade Marketing and/or Marketing to ensure the implementation of the strategy, aligned between Brick and Morten and e-commerce.

This position has great interaction with Consumer Marketing and Customer Development (Sales), very large customers of this retail environment.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities 

GO TO MARKET AND SHOPPING SEGMENTATION 

- Understand and adjust when you need the Go to Market from your retail environment to ensure that strategies are implemented with proper distribution. 

- Segment stores with the sales teams and Shopper Insights based on customer profiles and shoppers; 

5PS STRATEGIES AND TACTICS PER RETAIL ENVIRONMENT 

- Understand and keep up to date the mission and buying behavior of shoppers who attend their retail environment. 

- Develop and update whenever necessary the strategies of your retail environment based on shopper insights, experience of the trade and sales. 

- Develop omnichannel strategy for all categories of Colgate-Palmolive: assortment, price, POP material, planogram and promotions / campaigns, e-Commerce and CRM

- Ensure execution and tracking of the plans/strategies, working closely to sales and merchandising teams

- Leading innovations with the objective of generating categories growth in the retail environment. 

- Ensure closely JVP follow-ups within top Customers

COLGATE PERFORMANCE IN THE RETAIL ENVIRONMENT 

- Establish objectives and KPIs for all categories in the retail environment, ensuring that the results monitoring mechanisms are correct and well used 

. - Anticipate and respond proactively to the movements and tactics of the competition in the channel including activities while doing benchmarks with the CP's performance. 

- Analyze the performance of the activities carried out with: sell-in, sell-out, market share and return on investment (ROI), considering all types of commercial investments. 

- Coordinate the planning and execution of the activities of the retail environment and communication of the respective activity plans for the sales and merchandising teams, within the deadlines required by the clients for the execution;

- Optimize trade marketing investments within the channel by defining customer, region, category and brand priorities according to CP's strategic directions, ensuring the correct allocation of resources between sales teams and customers 

 

 

What you need for this Position: 

- Superior Full, preferably Marketing or ADM Companies 

- Fluent English 

- Experience in trade marketing or sales

 - Office pack 

- Research Analysis Tools (Nielsen / IMS / GFK / Kantar) 

 

Additional Knowledge /Experience is a plus: 

Previous experience, preferably in companies of consumer goods (Food or Hygiene and Beauty); History of accomplishment of business objectives: Market Share and Sales; 

The experience has been successful in several brands and launches; 

Proven ability to develop and develop trade marketing strategies; 

Skills in development and interorganizational relationship for business results; 

Ability to negotiate trademarks for commercial marketing actions and their execution guides; Investment management and trade marketing budget control.
