What you will do

Professional Communication & Engagement

  • Develop a deep understanding of the professional journey
  • Lead our local agency team to Plan, execute and analyze all communications and media actions on all channels, including online, offline and social media
  • Manage the budget and product demand for advertising / promotional items
  • Develop Professional Digital Media strategy (Social Media, e-commerce and professional website)
  • Collaborate with consumer marketing and knowledge management on the development of product claims to the profession


Professional GTM development

  • Organize and lead execution of dental conventions and events such as product launches
  • Carry out Insights projects in order to keep up to date with professional trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
  • Digital Influencers and KOLs
  • Develop strategy and lead implementation with main Brazilian Digital Influencers and MLIs
  • Amplify KOLs partnerships, manage by the Professional Relations Manager, through communication materials


Commercial Strategy

  • Develop, maintain and manage execution of demand generation plans aligned with business goals
  • Close follow-up of competition activities (samples, strategies, commercial dynamics)
  • Work closely with other departments to build cross-functional cohesion
  • Present to upper management to secure budgets, as well as report results to local team and division
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to build programs that support sales enablement
  • Development of strategies to increase coverage, stimulate dentists active recommendation and demand generation



  • People coaching and development of 2 marketing assistants


Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences
  • Advanced English: Fluent in writing and speaking.
  • Progressive career in related fields


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master Degree in Marketing, Digital or Business concluded or in progress
  • Experience in Professional or Pharmaceutical Marketing
  • Spanish Skills
