Responsible for Learning and Development employees in the plants including all mandatory technical training for the shop floor. Also, in alignment with 2025 reimagine strategy, identify and train employees considering new skills required for the near future. Together with FP&R create, plan and execute the road map for People Capability standard. Develop new vendor to deliver Best in Class training with digital mindset.


What you will do

  • Responsible for Learning and Development budget for manufacturing facilities-
  • Ensure implementation comply with all mandatory training for the shop floor -
  • Deliver the next level for training in alignment with 2025 reimagine strategy - develop new channels, be digital, increase the level of Auto Maintenance and capabilities in the plants
  • Propose new learning methodologies based on the 2025 strategy, seeking a benchmark to understand the best practices
  • Identify and train employees consider new skills required for the near future
  • Together with create, plan and execute the road map for People Capability standard and be responsible for audit
  • Establish a network with other subsidiaries to build an internal benchmark, knowing the best programs and sharing local practices
  • Implement and roll out global programs
  • Coach and support leaders’ capabilities to think of the future and right development for employees.
  • Identify and propose forward-thinking HR solutions based on understanding of relevant business operations in the shop floor
  • Develop processes within the selection, recruitment and development areas that increasingly meet the needs/requirements of the internal customer
  • Develop and seek for external vendors who can partner with CP to deliver BIC training, development and capabilities
  • Manages internship program


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Administration/Psychology
  • Progressive HR experience
  • Experience in one or more HR Specialty Area (Compensation, Benefits, People Relations, People Development, Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, Analytics, Organization Development/Design)
  • English - Fluent


Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish - Desirable
