Gerenciar e desenvolver a estratégia de vendas e trade online no canal e-commerce B2C por meio do engajamento dos clientes H&S (Hyper & Supers omnichannel), fortalecendo e maximizando o desenvolvimento das categorias Colgate Palmolive no ambiente online.



  • Desenvolver e monitorar o business online
  • Construir e desenvolver o relacionamento comercial para os key customers
  • Gerenciamento da estratégia comercial e de trade online do ambiente de varejo de H&S (Hipermercados e Supermercados) através de um processo de planejamento conjunto (JBP) alinhado com o eCommerce Retail Marketing Manager e pautado em: 
  • Liderar e gerenciar iniciativas, trazendo oportunidades e insights (thought leadership)
  • Garantir a execução de atividades promocionais e de visibilidade (Trade online)
  • Conduzir negociação dos planos de visibilidade do canal online, search, e outras alavancas online
  • Gestão e monitoramento da execução nos clientes de Conteúdo, fotos e descrições.
  • Monitorar desempenho geral de KPIs e metas (vendas, SOM%, ASP, SOS%, DOH, cadastros, ruptura, lançamentos) garantindo a execução das atividades do calendário de ativações e visibilidade
  • Controle e gestão dos investimento no canal, garantindo rentabilidade
  • Liderar a execução de lançamentos e campanhas no canal alinhados com as diretrizes estratégicas traçadas por Retail Marketing.
  • Garantir a execução de atividades conjuntas com Digital Marketing
  • Store Check do canal online (monitoramento das ativações CP e competidores)
  • Garantir brilliant basics para execução de conteúdo
  • Garantir tracking de SOM% > B&M
  • Engajamento e alinhamento junto ao time comercial do offline (B&M)



  • Graduação Completa
  • Inglês Avançado 
  • Conhecimento avançado em Excel
  • Experiência comprovada em eCommerce (Marketplaces B2B ou B2C, dinâmicas comerciais, conhecimento de mídias online e performance), sendo desejável experiência em Trade/ Retail Marketing/Vendas ou Digital Marketing

Requisitos desejáveis:

  • Experiência prévia com canais de venda online
  • Pós-Graduação ou MBA;
  • Experiências de negócios internacionais;
  • Espanhol Avançado / Fluente.
  • Conhecimento avançado de Excel
