eCommerce B2C Key Account Manager focused on Pure Players (Amazon, Mercado Livre, Magazine Luiza, etc.), you will be the commercial and strategic leader responsible for ensuring sustainable growth and profitability (P&L) of these channels. Your mission is to balance a long-term vision through solid JBPs with agility in tactical execution and performance media, ensuring that our brands are category leaders in the digital environment.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • KPIs & Budget: Management of sell-in, sell-out, P&L, control of promotional budgets and monitoring of KPIs such as conversion, search share, and availability.

  • Market Monitoring (eSOM): Monitor and create action plans based on eSOM (Electronic Share of Market) to ensure competitiveness.

  • Performance & Media: Work closely with the Performance Media team to optimize ROI and qualified traffic to the stores.

  • Strategic Planning (JBP): Develop and negotiate Joint Business Plans (JBPs) focused on long-term goals and the expansion of Colgate-Palmolive brands.

  • Digital Shelf Excellence: Ensure the strategy and execution of Digital Shelf pillars, including the introduction of new SKUs and support for content management (A+ Content, SEO, and images) to guarantee the best Online Store Check experience.

  • Leadership and Development: Lead and support analysts, ensuring tactical support and excellence in account execution.

  • Promotion and Seasonality: Create monthly promotional calendars, with weekly reviews and daily monitoring to seize market opportunities.

  • Inventory Governance: Work in supply chain management together with the Supply team to avoid stock-outs (Inventory Governance).

  • Executive Interface: Report and defend action plans to senior management and directors, as well as maintain daily relationships and weekly meetings with clients.

 

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related areas.

  • Language: Intermediate English (required for regional presentations and reporting).

  • Experience: Solid track record in commercial/sales roles, preferably with experience in eCommerce/Digital Retail or Consumer Goods industry.

  • Profile: Analytical mindset with an entrepreneurial drive, ability to analyze category opportunities, negotiation skills, and a passion for digital innovation.

 

Additional Qualifications We Value

  • Previous direct experience with digital ecosystems

  • Knowledge of analytics tools
