The main objectives of the Digital Marketing Manager - CRM, are to:

  • Develop CP Brazil´s CRM strategy, having clear 1PD acquisition & Enrichment strategy as well as performance journeys to connect with our audiences
  • Link CRM journeys through the ACPL and integrate CRM plans within our Brands communication plans
  • Implement our CDP for better segmentation
  • Identify and test new digital capabilities
  • Align with the Regional and Global teams the ways of working and priorities for the region



What you will do

Work with Global, regional CP & agency CRM teams, as well as external partners (Blueconic, Salesforces, Media Vendors) to:

  • Develop and keep a CRM strategy updated, as this discipline evolves
  • Ensure to reach & surpass our 1PD acquisition & enrichment goals according to pre-defined business & attributes priorities.
  • Generate 1PD audiences to be deployed in Media activation as pure audiences, Look a Like, etc.
  • Provide insights, trends and recommendations from data gathered through our 1P database
  • Monitor and report results to all relevant stakeholders, using the success metrics defined
  • Train the marketing community to be more CRM savvy and perform local initiatives

Support eCommerce efforts and teams with digital media expertise, basic & advanced content development, storage and maintenance, new features in the websites, aiming at increasing exposure, sales and conversion

Provide technical support and assessment on new technologies and tools that can help accomplish the 2025 strategic digital initiatives

Bring specialized knowledge within CRM in order to upskill the commercial team to face the new challenges of a data driven, people centric and agile market & organization

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree (Marketing / Business Administration)
  • Solid knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing with strong knowledge in 1PD acquisition and CRM
  • Leadership and management experience in an ever evolving digital market to build, develop and motivate people, as well as to work with multifunctional regional & local teams, outside partners and vendors
  • Entrepreneurial previous experience
  • Experience in ecommerce
  • Fluent English


Preferred qualifications include:

  • Knowledge and experience in all digital marketing disciplines (paid, owned and earned media, search, programmatic buying, martechs, mobile, data, social, CRM etc)
