The position is a key finance business partner for the Marketing team, driving strategic decision-making through financial analysis, planning, and performance monitoring. The role will be to translate financial data into actionable insights, ensuring the success of business plans and the company's profitability.
- Key Responsibilities
Financial and Strategic Planning: Lead strategic planning, budget, and LE (Latest Estimate) processes, providing detailed analysis of the P&L (Profit and Loss Statement), Balance Sheet, and Cash Generation for leadership. - Performance Analysis and Insights: Monitor and analyze product category performance by comparing actual vs. estimated results to identify optimization opportunities and improve the execution of business plans.
- Business Decision Support: Partner with the Marketing team in commercial meetings to evaluate the financial feasibility of investments, calculate breakeven points, and develop product P&L analyses, focusing on margin and return on investment.
- Financial Modeling and Forecasting: Build comprehensive P&Ls for new product launches (RFMC), including pricing, investment, and margin analysis, ensuring the accuracy of Mix and GTN (Gross to Net) planning based on commercial discussions.
- Reporting and Presentations: Prepare submission reports for the division and senior leadership, including the consolidation and explanation of P&L variances at each quarter-end for accounting close.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Previous experience in Finance.
- Advanced English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Tools.
- Knowledge in Analytics (Dashboard, data visualization).
- Intermediate Spanish (desirable).
