This position is responsible for leading fundamental analyzes (reports and simplifications), conducting analyzes and implementing new processes to improve the performance of the Professional Oral Care area based on internal data and connecting these data with people centricity. Definition and implementation of reports, analyzes and pains to guide business decisions.


Main activities: 

Analytics Strategy

  • Develop and implement data analysis strategies and plans that align with business objectives.

  • Identify and prioritize analysis use cases.

  • Supervise the collection and management of professional data from Oral Care, guaranteeing the quality and integrity of data.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and accuracy of data analysis.

 

KPI monitoring

  • Monitor the performance goals of the National Professional Oral Care Business in relation to: dental/pharmaceutical dressings, recommendations/prescription and coverage

  • Provide guidance to the SFE Analyst to determine and monitor performance goals for the field teams in relation to the same KPIs at the territorial level

  • Determine and monitor Classification and Segmentation criteria

  • Manage the relationship with IQVIA and e-pharma in relationships with professional reports

Creation of visualization tools and Dashboards

  • Collaborate with IT and external partners in the development of visualization tools and dashboards.

  • Build data lake and automation/visualization using global IT tools like DOMO.

  • Create new visualizations and analyzes in accordance with Colgate's needs to support the decision-making process and strategic scenarios for growth.

  • Collaborate with Professional Marketing in the integration of our various data banks in SAP Mkt Cloud.

  • Offer support to the presentation of the main business analyzes related to professional oral hygiene.

 

Basic requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, Data Analysis.

  • Experience in functions related to Analytics.

  • Experience with IQVIA / Pharmaceutical Market Data.

  • Solid Experience in Data Bank - SQL, Python.

  • Descriptive and Inferential Analysis.

  • Experience in ETL Development Processes.

  • Data warehouse architecture.

  • Data visualization tools (DOMO, Google Data Studio, Power BI).

  • Advanced English.

 

Skills: 

  • Excellent communication skills - ability to conduct presentations in management and team meetings.

 

Desirable:

  • Master's degree/post-graduation in Analytics preferred.

  • Experience in dentistry, pharmaceuticals or other sectors of health.
