Job Summary: Internship opportunity in Logistics focused primarily on Operational Excellence programs such as: cost reduction and control, Safety & Environment, Maintenance, Quality, Productivity, and Budgeting. Constant integration and communication with other departments are required, ensuring high exposure of actions across different areas. Daily contact with processes related to logistics distribution and transport activities. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite for daily use is essential. Monthly participation in Latin America division meetings in English. Willingness to learn new processes is crucial for this candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

Monthly consolidation of Warehouse productivity KPIs and Overtime;

Monthly consolidation of the Customer Service & Logistics Objectives Report;

Monthly consolidation of the Customer Service & Logistics Scorecard;

Updating the Building Maintenance Plan;
-
Maintenance and management of third-party contracts;
-
Support in CAPEX Project management, updating investment flows in the system, and follow-up with stakeholders;
-
Weekly monitoring of Fixed and Variable Costs;
-
Expense analysis, requesting reclassification of incorrect expenses, cost transfers/allocation, and accruals;

Monthly reconciliations between budgeted and actual expenses;
-
Support for the Cost Savings Project Program through brainstorming sessions, database updates, report consolidation, and follow-up with stakeholders;

Purchase and Payment requests via eBuy (SAP) and Ariba systems;
-
Support in the Budgeting process;

Support in Internal and External Audits, assisting in the organization of documents and presentations;

Support/responsibility for specific actions within the Colgate in Alert / Business Readiness program.
Requirements:

Engineering student (3rd semester onwards);

Advanced English;

Basic Spanish;
-
Knowledge of MS Office Package / Google Suite;

Own vehicle.
