Position:Jr Chemical Researcher

Location: Sao Bernardo do Campo, SP, BRA 

Role Summary:

    • Executes analytical testing and stability testing for oral care products and competitors.

    • Supports R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain in product development, simplification, and compliance.

    • Ensures lab equipment accuracy, accurate documentation, and internal team training.

  • Main Responsibilities:

    • Analytical Testing: Run physicochemical, aging stability, and competitor sample testing using HPLC, GC, AA, and X-Ray.

    • Data & Quality: Document lab work in eLN/LabNet, review data in LIMS, and comply with Quality, EOHS, and QS 024 standards.

    • Operations: Perform daily/monthly instrument calibrations and ensure equipment functionality.

    • Project Support: Lead analytical projects and support product simplification, harmonization, and raw material qualification.

Collaboration & Training: Support R&D/Supply Chain priorities and train interns on specialized analytical tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields.
  • Experience: Hands-on experience in Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, or Industrial analytical laboratories.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytical methods (HPLC, GC, AA, X-Ray), systems (LIMS, ETQ), Google Workspace, and AI.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience with Oral Care products.

  • Education: Master’s Degree in a related field.

  • Language Skills: Fluent/Effective English (written and spoken).
