Resumo do Cargo: 

Suportar as atividades da área de Serviços Administrativos, envolvendo os benefícios de operação das unidades fabris além de apoiar o calendário e as ações de engajamento envolvendo a experiência do funcionário no dia a dia, seguindo a agenda proposta, conduzindo dentro dos protocolos internos e responsável por todos os pagamentos envolvidos na área, sob a supervisão da gestão.  

 

Principais Responsabilidades: 

  • Responsável pelos processos e controle de pagamentos da área de Serviços Administrativos seguindo a agenda mensal de fornecedores bem como os casos eventuais;          

  • Executar sob a supervisão o calendário mensal da loja de produtos Via Anchieta e Jaguaré bem como a comunicação trazendo novas oportunidades de ação junto a equipe;      

  • Responsável pela integração de novos funcionários e estagiários referente aos beneficios de operação com periodicidade quinzenal;

  • Integrar-se ao Comitê de Diversidade e CWN dando assim suporte as ações das unidades fabris;        

  • Suporte ao acompanhamento dos jovens aprendizes e pessoas com deficiência intelectual na área de Serviços Administrativos atuando no desenvolvimento da equipe para a melhoria das atividades da área assim como a rotina das rondas diárias, atendimento de fornecedores quando necessário e os serviços do motoqueiro fixo;     

  • Atendimento de funcionários referente aos benefícios operacionais envolvidos da área (Transporte, Vale Transporte, Cesta, Festividades);         

  • Suportar a execução e comunicação do calendário de ações de engajamento Power of We nas plantas E2E, criando novas oportunidades durante todo o ano (Familia Colgate, Festividades, Orgulho de Ser CP; EMEO entre outros);       

 

Requisitos Necessários: 

  • Formação Administração e ou Psicologia;

  • Inglês Intermediário;

  • Conhecimento ferramentas Google.
