  1. OBJETIVO PRINCIPAL DO CARGO:

 

Suporte a atividades em geral do departamento. Apoiar a resolução dos problemas de serviço relacionados a materiais indiretos, além de apoiar a implementação de estratégias desenvolvidas através de diretrizes Global e Regional da categoria para as fábricas da Colgate Anchieta e Jaguaré.

 

  1. FUNÇÕES PRINCIPAIS DO CARGO:

 

  1. Criação/manutenção de catálogos no sistema de compras - SAP Ariba;

  2. Criação de pedidos de compras e acompanhamento de todo o processo até a finalização.

  3. Atualização de bases de dados em SAP (vendors/ info records/agreements/ etc);

  4. Cotação SPOT de materiais e acompanhamento de processos e status das requisições não convertidas em pedido de compras;

  5. Suporte ao programa de Funding the Growth (FTG)- elaboração de estudos, atualização do sistema e apresentações para grupo de liderança;

  6. Suporte à elaboração de contratos e atualização da base de dados do departamento;

  7. Suporte no monitoramento dos KPIs do departamento;

  8. Follow up de status de projetos em geral;

  9. Suporte na liberação de documentos fiscais por divergência de dados.

  10. Elaboração e compartilhamento dos reportes de performance de fornecedor (Vendor Scorecard);

 

3. ESPECIFICAÇÕES DO CARGO: 

        

  • Graduação: cursando Engenharia (Qualquer modalidade), ou áreas relacionadas à administração

  • Idiomas: Inglês (Intermediário)

  • Pacote Office (Intermediário)

 

          4. REQUISITOS DESEJÁVEIS:

 

  • Conhecimento em SAP


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $ - $ USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
