Atuação técnica e estratégica voltada à inteligência tributária. O foco principal é garantir a correta interpretação, atualização e aplicação da legislação de tributos indiretos em todas as operações da companhia, assegurando que as mudanças legais sejam traduzidas em processos eficientes e seguros para o negócio.

 

Principais Responsabilidades:

Monitorar e interpretar diariamente a legislação de tributos indiretos (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS/COFINS, IBS e CBS), garantindo a comunicação sobre as mudanças necessárias para as áreas impactadas após alinhamento com a gerência;

Validar que novas diretrizes legais foram aplicadas corretamente nos fluxos de faturamento e compras, evitando erros de interpretação técnica;

Atuar no projeto da Reforma Tributária, auxiliando na definição de como as novas regras devem ser implementadas sistêmica e operacionalmente;

Prestar suporte consultivo às áreas de Finanças, Compras, Vendas e Marketing em operações tributárias;

Preparar e analisar consultas formais, pleitos de regimes especiais e documentos técnicos para apresentação a órgãos competentes;

Prestar apoio no atendimento às fiscalizações.

 

Requisitos para a vaga:

Superior completo em Direito;

Experiência consolidada em tributos indiretos (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS/COFINS);

Experiência em elaboração de pareceres técnicos e suporte consultivo a áreas de negócio;

Experiência em implementação de projetos tributários;

Vivência em compliance fiscal, auditorias e fiscalizações;

Experiência com ferramentas de inteligência artificial aplicada às atividades de consultoria tributária (ex: notebookLM, ChatGPT, Gemini);

Inglês avançado.

 

Diferenciais que buscamos:

Experiência em Big 4 ou escritórios de advocacia tributária;

Pós-graduação em Direito Tributário ou Gestão Fiscal;

Conhecimento em SAP.
