Role Summary:

As a Sr Brand Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy and plans to deliver the Subcategory Growth Plan for the Latin America Division in GCR. This critical role entails conceptualizing brand strategy across GCR, defining the innovation pipeline and optimal portfolio, and managing new product readiness from business assumptions through post-launch evaluation. The position also develops full funnel media strategies for its given brands and leads analysis for key regional initiatives like Funding The Growth (FTG) and Revenue Growth Management.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the Subcategory Brand(s)Growth Plan, defining key growth opportunities, annual targets (Volume, Net Sales, GTN, SOM, etc.), and ADV investment.

  • Manage the GCR P&L for the assigned scope of brands / subcategories, monitoring and explaining variations in Volume, Net Sales, and Margin.

  • Develop the innovation strategy and pipeline readiness, including project/packaging briefs, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective forecasting, and SKU readiness across systems.

  • Oversee Go-to-Market strategy development at the regional level, ensuring its execution in the DR while collaborating with Business Development Managers (BDMs) in PR and CC to ensure local relevance for promotional events, new product launches, and shopper initiatives.

  • Lead the relationship with Creative agencies, and is accountable for developing brand campaign briefs, managing asset development/adaptation, and ensuring the implementation of agreed media strategies.

  • Ensure collaboration and secure alignment with the Division, Brand Innovation Group, Network Operations, and marketing peers across Latam or the US, including presenting Mid Year Review and Budget Review analysis to Greater Caribbean and Division leadership.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing

  • Advanced English Level

  • Google Suite proficiency and AI knowledge
