Job Summary:

 

Analyzes the financial information of the Region and prepares reports to assist management decision-making, related to NVOs (non-variable overheads), Advertising investment, OE&I (Operating Expenses & Investments), Balance Sheet, Cash Generation, among others.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Applies accounting principles to summarize financial information and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
  • It processes all the transactions related to the financial area, accounting entries, control of reserves and effects of the NVOs and Advertising investment in the P&L of the Region, ensuring accuracy, relevance and correct processing of the information during the month-end closing process.
  • Prepares financial reports and analyzes estimates / budgets for quarterly meetings, recommendations on optimization of NVOs and Advertising investment.
  • Maintains direct communication with all areas of the company as well as with the Division on information and reporting of NVOs, and their variations vs. the budget or last estimate.
  • Execute the activities related to the budget and planning for department such as: current, estimated and month-end closing.

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economy or similar.
  • 2+ years of working experience in similar positions.
  • Proficiency with finances (ROI, P&L, budgeting, and estimates).
  • Proficiency with the English language (advanced).
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets Skills Required.
  • Interpersonal skills (team collaboration).

 

Desired:

  • SAP Proficiency.
