Role Summary 

As a Professional Marketing Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted, strategic relationships with professional partners to elevate brand credibility and influence. This role leads the development and execution of growth strategies centered on professional needs, driving brand advocacy and prescription demand within an omnichannel ecosystem. The position bridges the gap between scientific superiority and commercial success, ensuring that professionals become lifelong advocates for Colgate-Palmolive’s portfolio.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Digital Engagement Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of the Professional Digital Media strategy, optimizing professional-facing digital assets, CRM programs, and social media channels.

  • Nurture Influencer Networks: Cultivate a robust local network of digital professional influencers and industry experts to advocate for corporate brands among peers and consumers.

  • Execute Commercial Strategy & Demand Generation: Design and execute strategic demand-generation initiatives, sampling frameworks, and chair-to-sink programs to actively stimulate clinical dental recommendations and pharmacy conversion.

  • Lead Events & In-Office Branding: Direct the localized branding footprint and orchestrate major dental conventions, scientific product launches, and professional events across the region.

  • Champion Business Intelligence & Budgets: Monitor competitor commercial dynamics, evaluate market trends, and secure/manage functional budgets for advertising and promotional initiatives via data-backed executive presentations.

  • Advance Data Capabilities: Oversee dental sell-out tracking, point-of-care analytics dashboards, and data-driven ROI assessments to uncover fresh market growth opportunities.



Required  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field. 

  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and varied-sized group situations to commercial and professional partners and other employees of the organization

  • Google Tools proficiency

  • Advanced English level
