About The Role
The Oral Care Consultant is responsible for influencing, building and demand generation with dental professionals to make Colgate oral care products and Colgate professional products as integral part of their practice. This position acts as a direct interface with accounts in an assigned geographic territory (different types of accounts exist and are defined as general dental and specialty practices, government accounts, private accounts, dental clinics, pharmacies and dental distributors/depots).
Principal Responsibilities:
- Develop and support the partnership between Colgate and groups of accounts (general and specialist dental practices, government accounts, dental hospitals, pharmacies and distributors / dental depots) in an established territory. Influence and develop relationships with the target audience to achieve business results in recommendations and sales.
- Apply the Triple Win or PES methodology (sales skills) to effectively communicate products, technologies and science to influence dentists and their staff to generate the demand for professional products aimed at specific points of sale.
- Demand generation model & products benefits for Dental Professional and Clerks
- Classify, categorize and optimize the number of consulting offices in the specified territory
- Use tools and analyze data based on C4C and IQVIA (NDDD or ATV) to optimize coverage and frequency of detailed visits
- Leverage sales force distribution to maximize sampling with face to face contact with visited and unvisited accounts.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
Basic requirements:
- Graduation in Dentistry, Chemical Pharmaceutical Biologist, Biochemical or related fields.
- Experience in oral health or pharmaceutical agent
- Intermediate English
- Google tools advanced management
- Own car
- Active Driver's license
Preferred qualifications:
- Presentation techniques
- Monitoring management of NDDD or ATV data.
Travel Requirements:
- Expected percentage of travel: Up to 15%
