Responsible for supporting and developing the commercial relationship between Colgate and its strategic partners in Direct Trade Channel and exceeding the objectives in KPIs; Net sales, Volume Growth, distribution, market share in Territory assigned



Job Functions


  • Establish and build strong business relationships with Customers providing objectives and reliable business analysis, ensuring continuous and sustainable Growth.
  • Analyze data from Sell Out, distribution, coverage, effectiveness, sales volumes, inventories, For the mandatory assortment, to capitalize opportunities to assure Double Digit Growth.
  • Flawless Execution in POS thru merchandiser Team assigned in Territory.
  • Negotiate and reach monthly Sell In / Sell Out Quota with each Customer and Territory
  • Conduct Monthly Business Review with Customers to develop Action Plans and monitoring KPIs
  • Indirect Sales Force daily Tracking for achieving Sell Out and Coverage objectives





  • Experiences in Sales positions as Sales Executives at least 2+ years. ( Multinational Companies - Consumer Goods)
  • University Degree (Business Administration, Marketing or similar)
  • Preference exprirances in other Channel (Supermarket or Pharmacy)



Preferred qualifications:


  • Knowledge of SAP 
  • Good handling of Excel and Google Tools 
  • Intermediate English level 
  • Experience in managing an indirect sales force.
