Role Summary

The Logistic Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and executing daily logistics operations, ensuring an efficient end-to-end flow across warehousing, distribution, international traffic, and customer service. Acting as a vital link between operational execution and tactical planning, this position manages inbound product sourcing from key regional hubs) and serves as the primary commercial face to the Sales team for customer dispatch issues. A primary focus of this role will be driving synergies, managing high-pressure logistics budgets, and spearheading the change management required to consolidate new distribution models and processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Operational Supervision: Direct daily activities across warehousing, distribution networks, international traffic, and customer service to ensure smooth product flow to local distribution centers.

  • KPI Management & Financial Control: Monitor and report core metrics—including OTIF, Fill Rate, Logistics Costs, and Inventory Coverage—while strictly tracking the logistics budget to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency gains in transport.

  • Regulatory Coordination & Compliance: Partner closely with Regulatory Affairs and local sanitary authorities to guarantee all import permits, customs clearances, and dispatches comply with Quality, EOHS, and legal guidelines, avoiding distribution delays.

  • Cross-Functional Communication & Issue Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for the Sales and Commercial teams; resolve real-time floor crises such as truck transit issues, route alterations, stock out consolidations, and delivery failures.

  • Change Management & Process Synergy: Lead the local implementation and consolidation of new logistics frameworks, working closely with regional Hubs to standardize processes and maximize distribution synergies.

  • Team Leadership & Capabilities Development: Direct, mentor, and strengthen the skills of the operational logistics, traffic, and customer service staff, leveraging predictive analytics or digital tools to foster data-driven decision-making.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service operations, including at least 1 year of experience directly supervising administrative personnel or leading corporate operational workflows.

  • Technical Knowledge: Solid practical grounding in international traffic/import tracking, inventory management, warehousing, distribution networks, and basic financial tracking (budget control).

  • Software: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.

  • Languages: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English is required. Must be capable of fluent professional business communication, corporate presentations, and hosting global audits.

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Systems Mastery: Hands-on experience or "Key-User" proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).

  • Conflict Resolution: Outstanding negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to resolve operational conflicts and work under high-pressure budget environments.

  • Continuous Improvement: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on data tracking and process optimization.
