The Maintenance Planner Team Leader will prioritize, plan, schedule and follow-up on accuracy of the job plan for all planned (Preventive PM and Predictive PM maintenance) activities. They will be proactive, optimize workforce productivity, direct Maintenance team activities and minimize downtime by managing the planning with one week or more advance lead times.
In performance of these duties the planner has the following responsibilities:

Maintain the complete master parts list, to include linking the list to Colgate Standard parts list in SAP

Review all planned work requests from the assigned area and determine validity and accuracy of information and engage the appropriate resources to set a preliminary priority.

Reviews work request for accuracy and clarity: clear scope of work, correct equipment identification, and discuss details with the originator.

Develop the status of work control and backlog for work order submission to work order completion in Augmentir.

Maintain Bill of Materials (BOMs) in SAP/Augmentir PM module.

Work with local programmers to ensure the parts list is accessible in Augmentir.

Support in the development of the maintenance module in Augmentir.

Assist the maintenance staff as needed.

Follows Colgate-Palmolive guidelines related to Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, and Regulatory within area of responsibility.

Appropriates materials for planned maintenance activities.
-
Provides equipment-related expertise and technical guidance on improving preventive and predictive activities.
-
Review all planned work requests from the assigned area and determine validity and accuracy of information and engage the appropriate resources to set a preliminary priority.

Verifies all material, information, tools and labor are available prior to scheduling and release the work order to prepare kits.

Issue and clarify scheduled work orders with job plan packets to the maintenance team.

Functions as an SAP and Augmentir PM Power User and Guides/Instructs/Trains other Technicians on Augmentir Functions.

Audits and regularly reports on work order completion and effectiveness status.

Plans and coordinates machine inspections both with plant and outside resources.

Provides support on capital projects to determine PM plans and changes.

Planned maintenance optimization through PMO and FMEA.

Works with OEM & consultants to optimize maintenance task and execution.

Continuous improvement of the planning and scheduling process through the review and use of Factory Performance and Reliability (FP&R) maintenance standard and metrics, analysis of work order flow, SWIS documentation and root cause analysis.

Identifies, recommends, and implements continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing cost reduction programs utilizing FP&R standards and processes.

Ability to present shift reports, lead meetings, and review/write SOPs effectively.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or Business related field

At least 2 years of experience in managing and leading teams
-
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex issues.

Proficiency in Microsoft or Google suite and data analysis tools
-
Requires climbing, bending, kneeling and the ability to lift 50 pounds and the availability to support the maintenance activities.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $77,120.00 - $96,000.00 USD
Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:

- Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
