Scope of Responsibility:

This position is responsible for ground level execution in installation and modification and uninterrupted working as per requirement of new and existing equipment such as (compressed air, steam, process water, electrical supply and air conditioning) taking into consideration that NVOs are controlled specifically fuel, water and electricity usage. This role requires person to closely coordinate with outside Regulatory Agencies.

The position also is responsible for running and maintaining the fire hydrant system and fire alarm system.

Core Responsibilities:

• Uninterrupted Supply of Utilities to the Plant Generation & Supply of compressed air, steam, process water, electrical supply (on generation & external supply) and air conditioning for entire Plant.
• Cost Control (Opportunities for Energy, Water, fuel Saving and optimization of running cost)
• Take initiatives to control costs related to Utilities which is a significant part of Plant NVOs
• Liaoning with External Agencies- Close working & Liaoning with the related regulatory bodies & external agencies from time to time like boiler, Electrical, GPCB .etc.
• Ensuring working of the ETP plant for effective waste treatment as per plant requirement and as per Govt and regulatory norms
• Drive EOHS, Quality, FP&R expectations & requirements as applicable in his/her area and plant wide for certain standards
• Training of Resources, Skill Development
• Applying the PMS process for Associates, coaching and feedback, Identify skills gaps and develop the skill sets of the Utilities & ETP team.
• To drive the employee engagement strategy to develop & maintain positive employee relations.
• Work as backup and in close coordination with AL-Electrical
• Handling projects & Contractor coordination for Utilities area

Requirement :

• Education: Diploma/BE Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechanical (Mechanical/Electrical Preferred)

Experience:

• 4 to 7 years of Utilities, ETP Engineering/Maintenance experience
