About the role

Are you ready to elevate customer experience and drive strategic growth for a global leader like Colgate-Palmolive? As a Customer Collaboration Analyst, you will be the bridge between our Supply Chain team and our most strategic commercial partners.

Your mission will be to build robust, trust-based relationships, driving tailored service, planning, and efficiency initiatives. If you are passionate about transforming data into collaborative logistics solutions and mutual business value, this is the place to make a real impact!

 

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with commercial and logistics teams to design and implement tailored supply chain strategies that reduce costs and boost sales.

  • KPI Ownership: Drive continuous improvement by monitoring and meeting key metrics such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF), On-Shelf Availability (OSA), and incremental sales.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with Demand Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, and CBS (Colgate Business Services) to optimize order management and eliminate supply chain gaps from origin to the shelf.

  • Data-Driven Planning: Integrate external customer data into our Demand Planning process to enhance inventory accuracy and sales forecasting.

  • Innovation & Digital Mindset: Live the FEED principles (Focused, Empowered, Experimental, Digital) by adopting new digital tools to speed up decision-making and identify growth opportunities.

  • Project Management: Lead and support cross-functional projects tied to business-critical programs like FTG (Funding the Growth) and Reimagine.

 

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • At least 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Customer Service and Logistics roles (e.g., Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, CPFR, or Customer Service Analyst).

  • Proficiency in SAP, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and Google Suite.

  • Solid understanding of logistics costs, P&L, inventory management, and project management methodologies.

  • Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in English.

 

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working directly with Grupo Calleja or managing retail/supermarket logistics projects in El Salvador.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking, active learning mindset, and excellent interpersonal communication.

  • A solid financial and business perspective to identify win-win opportunities.
