The Customer Collaboration Analyst is the responsible to ensure customer service standards that allow us to maintain a leadership position in the industry, ensuring greater competitiveness according to the collaboration strategy at Colgate Palmolive. Responsible for creating and maintaining robust relationships with clients, which allow the establishment of communication and trust in favor of the development of the Collaboration Strategy, promoting the most appropriate service, planning and efficiency initiatives according to the capacity, need, openness and segmentation of the client.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, collaboratively manage the fundamentals of Customer Service and value creation that allows joint growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure and maintain a deep up-to-date understanding of supply chain strategies to collaboratively develop solutions to reduce logistics costs and increase sales.
  • Develop the tools and methodologies to know and understand the different types of customers. Creates the platform for logistics efficiencies and collaboration initiatives according to commercial and logistics segmentation.
  • Promote and apply behaviors of FEED principles (Focused, Empowered, Experimental, Digital): mainly focus and empowerment in the value chain.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external key performance indicators for service and incremental sales through collaboration with the supply chain, Demand Planning, Logistics, Warehouses, CBS Team (Colgate Business Services)
  • and external partners to drive continuous improvement.
  • Continuously identify new ways of working (NWW) through the search for new external information digital tools available to speed up decision-making and identify potential opportunities for growth and customer satisfaction in advance.
  • Proactively respond to the needs and requests of our clients. Ensure decision-making based on analysis and solid preparation and knowledge and project management.
  • Maintain constant communication with the CBS team to generate alerts in the order management process, ensuring compliance with the golden rules.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work teams to bridge supply chain gaps from origin to customer and impact on point-of-sale stock (point-of-sale/shelf availability).
  • Support business planning by integrating external customer information to strengthen the Demand Planning process (inventory and sales according to the customer's ability to share information).
  • Lead, develop, support and implement key cross-functional Engagement projects in collaboration with the internal and external organization that ensure mutual benefits with our clients, creating and sharing value for business growth in the FTG and Reimagine programs.
  • Ensure compliance with the performance indicators of complete deliveries, deliveries on time, On shelf Availability and action plans to achieve the established objectives.
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Demand Planning, CPFR or Logistics position (Import, Export, Inventory, Supply Planning).
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Management of SAP and Business Intelligence Systems (Excel and Forecast tools)
  • Project management experience
  • Desirable knowledge in Power Bi or Tableau.
  • Desirable knowledge of logistics cost management
  • Desirable knowledge of EDI (electronic data interchange), E-order, and others
  • Desirable knowledge of inventory management, supply and logistics planning
  • Desirable basic financial knowledge P&L and Cost of Serving
