Position Summary: 

This person will be leading synchronization of Demand & Supply with Walmart to supply the client's requirements in the logistics area. Additionally, it generates collaboration strategies for the main client-CP logistics indicators, which allow to consequently increase sales, optimizing inventories and reducing costs for both companies.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring compliance and weekly monitoring of the Filtrate, DOH, In stock, OSA indicators, to satisfy consumer needs, working collaboratively with the client and internal work teams at CP.
  • Weekly review and adjustment of the Walmart Forecast through the use of the GRS tool to guarantee the supply from CP to the shelves of all stores and ensure the initialization of new products and transitions in the system.
  • Align with the delivery of the Deliverables package requested by Walmart as part of the CPFR program in each country.
  • Collaborate with the commercial teams the alignment of the demand plan to ensure the accurate supply of Walmart's commercial dynamics.
  • Identify on a weekly basis the most impactful causes of non-compliance in deliveries by Colgate, and define together with CP Customer Service and Walmart actions to seek these causes.
  • Analyze the most impactful causes of products out of stock on shelves (OSA) by store, and jointly define Colgate/Walmart the necessary actions to increase shelf availability.
  • Participate in Colgate/Walmart commercial collaborative meetings for planning commercial activities
  • Participation in Top 2 Top meetings. Active participation in collaboration projects with Walmart that improves the availability of products on shelves.
  • Know the client's internal replenishment and logistics processes and eventually be responsible for managing the client's replenishment system (CEDI to stores)
  • Development of action plans in order to improve the availability of our products, increase sales, improve filtrate and optimize inventory, in collaboration with the client's replenishment area.
  • Implementation of collaboration projects and logistical efficiencies to simplify, improve and strengthen E2E processes


Position requirements:

  • University Degree or equivalent. (Engineering - Business Administration - Logistics)
  • 3 to 5 years of proven ability in Customer Service / Distribution - Transportation / Demand Planning / Administration of Distribution Centers and Delivery Logistics / Knowledge of logistics costs / Inventory management.
  • English at least 70%.
  • Requires knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • 3 years in a CPFR or similar position (Desirable).
  • Management of Business Intelligence Systems - SAP for generation of critical metrics (KPIs - Desirable)
  • Experience in multinationals (Desirable)
