Main Responsabilities: 

  • Manages the quality system and the activities that lead to compliance with the requirements indicated therein.
  • Coordinates the planning, implementation and execution of continuous improvement plans.
  • Supports PDM management
  • Manage specifications of materials, intermediate products and final product
  • Coordinates activities and is responsible for the Analytical, Microbiology, Quality Assurance, Packaging, Regulatory and Technology Transfer Departments.
  • Ensures Compliance with QS.
  • Ensures compliance with current Rules and Regulations (ANMAT, INV, SEDRONAR, MSyAS of San Luis)
  • It is your responsibility to develop programs and plans that ensure the integrity of raw materials, intermediate products and finished products throughout the production chain.
  • Responsible for compliance with safety standards in the laboratory
  • It is the direct link of the plant with GTC and Global Quality.
  • He is the direct link with the GTC Investigators.
  • It is the direct link with the Customer Service Department, with the Technical and Manufacturing areas.
  • Coordinates the Validation of Processes (making and WIPs) and production teams.
  • Coordinates matters related to regulations and records. Attends external audits and follows up on the closure of findings
  • Supervises the implementation of internal audit programs as well as the monitoring and closing of their findings.
  • Oversees the implementation of GMP practices.

 

Education and Qualifications: 

Engineer degree in chemistry, microbiology or biology

5 years of experience in Quality

2 to 3 years of experience with people management

Advanced level of English
