PR&CC Logistics Coordinator

In today's dynamic environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of Customer Service and Logistics. This position manages and performs work associated to Logistics Planning & Optimization, Warehouse & Distribution Center Operations (Warehouse, Warehouse Shipping & Receiving, Distribution Center, Distribution Inbound/Outbound, Materials Handling, etc.) and Transportation & Fleet Operations (Transportation Operations, Fleet Management, Light Truck Delivery Drivers, Heavy Truck Delivery Drivers, etc).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage an effective warehouse and distribution operations Leading by 3rd Party Logistic.
  • Ensure collaboration and engagement process to drive growth while capitalizing in efficiency logistics programs.
  • Lead logistics costs control by challenging the teams to remain accountable for the spend.
  • Guarantee fully execution of the plan and supervises spend by cost center and cost element along each responsible, defining an action plan for variations.
  • Prepare and consolidate the reports and execute analysis to understand trends and to define corrective actions to reach the goal.
  • Present and implement Funding the Growth and Capital Spending (CEB) projects on time.
  • Monitor and ensure EOHS, Quality, & Regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise Co-packing replenishment to meet service levels.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor´s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in similar positions.
  • English proficiency. 
  • Strong Google Suite skills (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • SAP proficiency (Preferred)

Salary Range $81,630 - $99,000 USD
Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
