Expert, advisor and developer of the necessary tools that contain the best quality of information available from Walmart that allows the most advanced analysis to capture opportunities for the different categories that leads us to grow above the market and achieve the internal objectives of the company.


 Among its functions is:



  • Management of all information from Retail Link, D&N, Scanning, Tableau, Nielsen, BI, SAP for the Walmart Regional team, data analysis for decision-making that improve the performance of the categories  
  • Monitor and analyze the 5 Ps of marketing (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion and POP) for the categories and sales products of the different buying environments and make recommendations of the action plans, working together with Key CDMS , WM Regional KCDMs.  
  • Analyze the coverage of Exhibitions and ensure compliance with the execution as negotiated based on the  In Store tracking. 
  • Give support and plans with activities to accelerate Sell out of the different categories   
  • Analysis support for internal presentations: Commercial Meeting, Mid Year Review, Budget  Review, etc.






  • Management of Retail Link to prepare a total consolidated Sell Out report CAM 

  • Daily sell out sales bases to determine buying trend  

  • Consolidation of D&N, Scanning, Tableau databases  

  • Segment performance analysis by category

  • Analysis of PTCs activities of the main categories for the different countries. 

  • Monitoring of the competition in the different shopping environments within WM  

  • Tracking of compliance with the 5Ps in points of sale  

  • Analysis of portfolio opportunities / scope 

  • Support for the elaboration of Selling Stories  

  • Tracking PTCs accuracy



Level of Education:


  • Bachelor of Business Administration or similar, Engineering.




Years of Experience (range):


  •  1- 2 years of experience in customer management, data processing or similar



Functional Experience and Technical Skills: 



  •  Office, Excel and Power Point Package (advanced) - Expert in data analysis, Google Tools.
  • Marketing knowledge, general idea of ​​logistics, demand planning, commercial area. 
  • Management of external suppliers or with clients 
  • Management of BI, RSI, Retail Link, SAP, Tableau.
  • Commercial experience: Working with clients and brands 
  • Knowledge of how to transform insights into actions
  • Ability to maintain good relationships to achieve business objectives 
  • Previous experience as an executive, catman or local SDM of any channel
  • Intermediate English
