Supply Services Procurement Specialist

 

Job Purpose:

The Supply Svcs Procurement Specialist  is responsible for planning and executing the sourcing strategy for the supply services spend categories and leading the execution of our main goals and business priorities, focusing on total value, innovation, market intelligence, sustainability and growth, while driving engagement with our key stakeholders.

 

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure category strategy implementation to achieve procurement goals.
  • Analyze and implement strong simplification initiatives for the spend, managing and reducing complexity.
  • Lead and execute tactical and strategic sourcing initiatives and processes as required.
  • Create and action KPIs to ensure service excellence from suppliers and deliver value via key Supplier Relationship management programs.
  • Lead and track effective contract execution and management.
  • Ensure procurement processes compliance.
  • Provide guidance  to finance during the Budget preparation
  • Execute market intelligence to achieve external insights proficiency and integrate best in class market procurement practices.
  • Apply spend analytics best practices.
  • Strengthen relationships and integrate early to expedite decisions across all functional areas and divisions.
  • Maximize the benefits from Ariba (SAP) system utilization.
  • Conduct procurement risk assessments and activate strong risk mitigation plans.
  • Keep connect with LATAM/Global Team to align process and share  best practices

 

 

Requirements and Education:

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Foreign Trade or a related career.
  • 3 years of experience in Supply Chain /Indirect Procurement (Capital Equipment Category).
  • Advanced English.
  • Experience using MS Office.
  • Desirable knowledge in Google Suite (sheets, slides and docs).
  • Desirable knowledge of SAP and Ariba.
