Position Purpose :
 
Execution of employee store operations


Let’s talk about responsibilities:

 

▪ Reconcile inventory discrepancies on product receipt
▪ Ensures the disassembly and removal of empty boxes
▪ Manages and ensures the supply of product shelves
▪ Look for strategies to improve times and movements in resupply
▪ Mapping of areas in product distribution on the shelf
▪ Track / Monitor sales in collection, solve operational problems ensuring the sale of product in a timely manner
▪ Manage inputs, outputs and waste reduction
▪ Ability to generate and interpret reports
▪ Execution of physical inventories
▪ Cyclical inventory execution
▪ Make cash cuts
▪ Make monthly accounting closings
▪ Manage purchase orders
▪ Store opening and closing
▪ Collection of consumable supplies
▪ Dead file management
▪ Operational training

 
 
What you need for this position:
 

  • High school technician or truncated career.
  • Intermediate use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • 1 year of experience in commercial stores (pharmacies, self-service or convenience stores)
