Job Summary
Manage the human, technical, and financial resources of the plant's process part, establishing action guidelines and following up according to the objectives set by the plant management, achieving product quality and profitability, complying with safety initiatives, developing the best place to work.

 

Main functions

  • Ensure that manufactured products arrive on time and complete to their immediate client and with the specifications established to satisfy consumer requirements (domestic and export market).
  • Implement the actions that arise from the safety master plan, complying with safety standards.
  • Control the use of the budget assigned to your focus, reducing and maintaining direct and indirect costs in the operation of the focus to efficiently use the budget.
  • Coordinate the launches by reviewing compliance with standards, granting all technical and administrative facilities to research and development for the start-up in order to launch a quality product.
  • Develop your staff, ensuring that they have acquired the necessary knowledge, skills and experience, for the staff to perform their activities and for their professional development within the company.
  • Keep the plant management informed of the results and their variables in the fulfillment of the objectives. Attending meetings with the other plant managers in order to evaluate the results.
  • Ensure compliance with the quality system standards.
  • Apply the Factory Performance and Reliability standards according to the responsibility matrix.

 

 

Education and qualifications:

  • Experience: 5 years in similar positions
  • Knowledge of finance.
  • Knowledge of marketing.
  • Human resources management.
  • Production management.
  • English 90%.
