MH Senior HR Director is responsible for driving People Strategy,maintaining peaceful labor relations and effectively supporting business goals . This position supports the implementation of the Global supply Chain Strategy and leads our transformative enablers bringing to life our leadership principles.
Principle duties

Serve as a key member of the leadership team to assist in driving sustainable business results.

Drive our SHAPE labor strategy

Maintain a healthy relationship with the Union and guarantee the compliance of all labor laws

Drive and anticipate systemic organizational and people strategies that are aligned to and integrated with the business agenda.

Propose and lead HR projects and processes in order to support plant Performance.

Design, propose and implement HR policies (recruitment, compensation, benefits & professional development), industrial relations policies, and HR strategy in partnership within the Business Unit.

Drive at a local level our Sustainability Strategy

Support Business Unit leaders with advice on labor law interpretations, human capital issues, and HR best practice acting both as a business partner and quality controller.

Drive Quality & timely recruitment of non S&C staff as needed by business needs.

Structure and implement learning & development plans driven by strategic business goals ensuring proper skills development for the future

Facilitate proper succession planning, and steer the career management of high potential and early in career employees.

Recommend and maintain remuneration, recognition and reward policies that reinforce excellent performance and assist management in motivating and retaining high caliber staff.

Employee Insight & Advocacy:

Build management capability to encourage open dialogue and to provide an escalation path for unresolved employee relations issues.

Ensure labor legal requirements are respected.

Leverage the use of data analytics to provide solutions for current and future needs

Act as a trusted HR advisor for both employees and management by playing the role of a coach towards people managers, and career/development advisor towards employees.

Maintain high level communication with all HR functions local/regional/corporate

Complies with our code of conduct and all our internal policies
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resource Management/ Administration
-
15+ years of experience in an HR Generalist / HR Manager role.

Must have proven Labor Relations Experience with Union management
-
Proven track record as a HR Manager or People Business Leader in a multinational environment.
-
Ability to communicate effectively, openly and honestly.
-
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
-
Ability to work in a matrix organization and through virtual teams.

Fully Bilingual english-spanish

Position is based in San Jose Iturbide/ Guanajuato .
