Resumen de la Posición: 

Asegurar la integridad del personal mediante estrategias de comunicación, entrenamiento, prevención y análisis de riesgos basadas en estándares locales y legales, así como de tendencias y reportes de riesgos de los mismos
trabajadores.

 

SEGURIDAD:

  • Elaborar y asegurar los planes para la comunicación, seguimiento e implementación de las medidas de seguridad que cada estándar corporativo y legal solicita para garantizar la seguridad de los trabajadores en la planta.
  • Realiza, analiza y da seguimiento a los reportes de riesgos de seguridad de la planta estableciendo las medidas correctivas y preventivas en conjunto con los líderes de cada planta.
  • Coordina la junta semanal de revisión de Seguridad para analizar y dar seguimiento a la Seguridad de la planta.
  • Desarrolla e instruye las capacitaciones requeridas para cumplir los estándares dando seguimiento al cumplimiento del plan de capacitación del mismo tema.
  • Autoriza y genera los análisis de riesgo y permisos de seguridad para realizar trabajos y actividades que así lo requieren.


CALIDAD:

  • Realiza sus actividades siguiendos los estándares de calidad, GDPs y GMPS correspondientes.

 

PRODUCTIVIDAD 

  • Conoce y aplica los estándares de FP&R y se ayuda de los mismos para establecer, dar seguimiento y garantizar la seguridad de los trabajadores.

 

¿Que se necesita para la posición?

  • Licenciatura Concluida 
  •  Al menos 2 años de experiencia en EHS/ Seguridad Indusitrial o Control de Perdidas 
  • Inglés intermedio
