About the Role

The Quality Engineer is responsible for coordinating all quality-related activities for manufactured products, covering the entire lifecycle from raw materials and packaging to sub-processes and finished goods at our External Manufacturers. Your mission is to ensure rigorous compliance with global standards, guaranteeing the highest level of satisfaction for our customers and consumers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Global Standards & Compliance: Oversee the implementation of Global Quality Standards across all External Manufacturers (Contract Manufacturers and Co-packers) and ensure specifications meet local legal regulations.

  • Quality Assurance & Inspection: Manage the incoming inspection process for new packaging materials and maintain the Quality Master Plan for all external sites.

  • CAPA & Continuous Improvement: Lead Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and drive continuous improvement initiatives to resolve operational barriers.

  • Statistical Analysis & Monitoring: Execute Statistical Process Control (SPC) and monitor Quality KPIs to ensure process stability and the achievement of quality objectives.

  • Consumer Satisfaction: Analyze customer and consumer complaints to identify root causes and implement corrective solutions.

  • Innovation & Tech Transfer: Support technology and formula transfers to ensure the successful launch of innovation projects and regular production runs.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in production supervision, manufacturing inspection, Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), microbiology, or related industrial fields.

  • Proven experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and managing Corrective/Preventive actions.

  • Proficiency in SAP and Google Workspace tools.

  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).

  • Deep understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes (Raw Materials to Finished Goods) and Bill of Materials (BOM) structures.

  • Advanced proficiency in RCA methodologies to eliminate operational barriers and enhance process efficiency.
