Job Summary: 
 
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and implement capital projects based on company requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within a manufacturing plant environment, and will be responsible for generating technical specifications, selecting and purchasing equipment, and overseeing construction and fabrication processes.
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement capital projects according to company requirements.
  • Generate technical specifications, select and purchase equipment, and manage construction and manufacturing processes.
  • Coordinate acceptance tests, equipment installation, layout development, planning, and execution.
  • Create electronic scopes for installation, supervise field activities, organize training sessions, and produce project validation documentation.
  • Manage resources for contracted companies and ensure project timelines and resources are effectively administered.
  • Collaborate with support areas (Quality, Safety, Procurement, Finance) for project execution.
  • Provide support for project validation and control project assets inflow and outflow.
  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements and standards.
  • Supervise work quality during project execution and apply Factory Performance and Reliability standards.
  • Address any additional tasks as required by production demands.
 
 
Required Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the manufacturing industry.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English.
 
 
Desired Qualifications:
 
  • Proven experience in managing projects within production plants.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to navigate learning curves and enhance project efficiency.
  • Ability to plan, communicate effectively, execute, manage documentation, allocate resources, and finalize projects.
