Objetivo de la posición

Desarrolla, coordina e implementa proyectos de capital en base a requerimientos de la compañía.
Generación de especificaciones técnicas, selección y compra de equipo, seguimiento a procesos de construcción y fabricación. Coordinar pruebas de aceptación, instalación de los equipos desarrollando layout, planeación, instalación, elaboración de alcances electrónicos para la instalación, supervisión de campo, coordinación de capacitación y generación de documentación de validación del proyecto. Administración de recursos de compañías contratistas.

 

Responsabilidades

- Evaluar, analizar e implementar los proyectos.
- Elaborar la información detallada de respaldo de cada proyecto.
- Administrar tiempos y recursos de proyectos.
- Coordinar con áreas de soporte para la ejecución de proyectos (Calidad, Seguridad, Compras, Finanzas).
- Dar soporte a la validación de proyectos.
- Controlar ingresos y salidas de activos de proyectos.
- Cumplir los requerimientos y estándares de seguridad.
- Supervisar la calidad de los trabajos durante la ejecución de proyectos.
- Aplicar los estándares de Factory Performance y Reliability.

 

Requisitos básicos

-Ingeniería concluida mecánica, eléctrica, mecatrónica, quimíca, en procesos o similares 

-Al menos 3 años de experiencia en puestos similares

-Experiencia en manejo de proyectos

-Inglés intermedio avanzado

-Conocimientos en sistemas de calidad, seguridad e higiene

 

Requisitios deseables

-Experiencia en industrias similares como aliementos, farma o cosméticos, consumo personal masivo
