Job Summary:
 
Buscamos un profesional altamente capacitado para el puesto de Supervisor de Mantenimiento, encargado de garantizar la seguridad, calidad y productividad en el mantenimiento de equipos esenciales en procesos de manufactura. Este rol incluye la supervisión del cumplimiento de normas de seguridad, la gestión de planes de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, así como el control de gastos y recursos.
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Asegurar el seguimiento a los lineamientos de seguridad, identificando riesgos y gestionando levantamientos de Near Miss.
  • Validar y autorizar permisos de trabajo asegurando la certificación de equipos necesaria.
  • Realizar recorridos de conducta segura y asegurar el cierre de hallazgos de seguridad.
  • Coordinar y ejecutar la verificación y mantenimiento de instrumentos siguiendo prácticas de manufactura y procedimientos de calidad.
  • Elaborar, organizar y supervisar programas de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y de mejora continua.
  • Controlar refacciones y servicios necesarios para los mantenimientos, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos.
  • Coordinar con líderes de producción la planificación y ejecución del mantenimiento y mejoras en los equipos.
 
 
Required Qualifications:
  • Título en Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial, Eléctrica o campos relacionados.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en mantenimiento de moldes, incluyendo áreas de inyección, soplado y PET.
  • Conocimiento en interpretación de planos y sistemas de medición.
  • Familiaridad con máquinas, herramientas y procesos de tratamiento térmico, materiales y soldadura.
  • Dominio en el funcionamiento de moldes, soplado y sistemas PET.
  • Nivel intermedio de inglés.
 
 
Desired Qualifications:
  • Conocimiento en sistemas hidráulicos y de refrigeración.
  • Competencia en software de diseño como SolidWorks, PowerShape y experiencia en impresión 3D.
