About the Role

Are you a detail-oriented Quality professional passionate about protecting product integrity and elevating the customer experience? As our Consumer Complaints Analyst, you will lead and coordinate all activities related to consumer complaint investigations, sample testing, and quality trend analysis. Operating in a highly regulated environment, you will manage physical sample inspections, support product releases across global markets (North America, Euro-Asia, LATAM), and ensure strict compliance with international regulatory bodies (FDA, COFEPRIS, Kosher). Core Responsibilities

  • Complaint Investigation & Management: Establish and oversee the end-to-end consumer complaint system, including sample intake, packaging inspection, physical testing, root-cause investigation, and trend reporting.

  • Regulatory & Audit Compliance: Drive adherence to internal and external audit standards, product recalls, batch traceability, change control systems, and regulatory listings (e.g., FDA and NDC registration for US exports).

  • Global Product Release: Coordinate quality documentation and authorization processes for product releases across North America, LATAM, and Euro-Asia regions.

  • Quality Systems & Annual Review: Participate in Annual Product Reviews (APR) and maintain technical documentation systems to guarantee product safety and quality integrity.

  • Quality Culture & Training: Deliver quality training modules to shop-floor and operational teams to promote quality awareness and continuous improvement across the plant.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Pharmacy (QFB), Chemistry, or a closely related scientific discipline.

  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in quality assurance, consumer complaint analysis, or regulatory compliance within a regulated manufacturing environment (CPG, Pharma, Personal Care).

  • Solid background in Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and analytical testing.

  • Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with global regulatory standards and health authorities (FDA, COFEPRIS, Kosher, ISO guidelines).

  • Experience participating in internal/external audits, product recall simulations, and change control management.

  • Strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving mindset, and effective cross-functional communication.
