Job Objective:

 

To develop, coordinate, and implement capital projects based on the company's requirements, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards, with a focus on automation and robotics.

 


Primary Responsibilities:


•    Project Development and Implementation: Develop, coordinate, and implement capital projects according to company requirements.
•    Technical Specifications and Equipment Management: Generate technical specifications, select, and purchase necessary equipment. Monitor the construction and manufacturing processes, especially those involving control systems.
•    Coordination of Testing and Installations: Coordinate acceptance tests and equipment installations; Develop layouts and plan equipment installation; Prepare electronic scopes; Supervise fieldwork and coordinate necessary training.
•    Project Documentation: Generate project validation documentation, including for inspection systems.
•    Resource Management: Manage contractor company resources and coordinate with support areas (Quality, Safety, Purchasing, Finance); Administer project timelines and resources efficiently.
•    Asset Control: Control incomes and outflows of project-related assets, particularly automation equipment.
•    Standards Compliance and Supervision: Comply with safety requirements and standards; Supervise the quality of work during project execution.
•    Performance Standards Application: Apply Factory Performance and Reliability (FPR) standards, focusing on integration with automated processes.
•    Support and Validation: Provide support during project validation processes in production and finish lines.

•    IT infrastructure: Networks, Switches, communications, Servers, Virtualization.
•    Instrumentation: selection, installation guidelines, configuration.
•    Electrical equipment: Motor Control Centers (MCCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
•    Industrial Robots, selection, applications, design considerations.
•    Line Inspectors, Vision systems.
•    Manufacturing & General Services processes.

 


Requirements:

 

•    Engineering degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical fields, with experience in Mechatronics.
•    Previous experience (3+ years) in the development and management of capital projects, with expertise in automation and robotics.

•    Control & Automation knowledge: Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), Industrial Networks, Data Bases, Reports, batch systems.
•    Knowledge of technical specifications and equipment selection for automated systems.
•    Skills in resource and time management for complex projects.
•    Ability to coordinate effectively with various support areas.
•    Knowledge of safety and quality standards in automated environments.
•    Experience in field supervision, project validation, and control systems implementation.
•    Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
•    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with strong negotiation skills.
