About the Role

As a Sales Support Analyst you'll provide support and speed up administrative processes related to the sales force, such as credit notes and support paperwork to acknowledge payments to customers related to commercial activities according to the Gross To Net policy. Please note this is an initial 1-year temporary assignment. 

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Credit Note & System Management: Process and validate credit notes according to Gross-to-Net rules, initiating system tickets, and ensuring accurate customer crediting.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Scan and archive all supporting documents for commercial activities and ensure all processes adhere to established policies.
  • Financial & Sales Visibility: Monitor current accounts to report on Days Outstanding Sales (DOS) status and provide sales executives with timely updates on payment/posting status.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with various departments, including Sales Controlling, to ensure a smooth data flow and timely completion of settlement processes.
  • Trade Agreement Administration: Download and manage agreements from customer portals, preparing and providing essential Deal Sheets and Proof of Performance documentation.
  • Commercial Plan Monitoring: Track, report, and analyze the performance and compliance of all Commercial Plans by CDT to assess their overall benefits.

 

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration or related fields
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables and Macros)
  • At least 6 months of internship experience in an analytics, accounting or administrative field
  • Intermediate/Advanced English 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google suite tools knowledge
