Role Summary

As a Sales Executive based in Toluca you will drive net sales, market share, and distribution volume growth by building strong, collaborative partnerships with key customer accounts in your assigned territory. You will lead strategic account management by delivering category growth solutions, optimizing product assortment, and managing end-to-end commercial performance. The single primary objective of this role is to maximize sales volume and customer account profitability through data-driven account planning and retail execution excellence. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by developing and executing strategic customer plans that deliver net sales, volume, market share, and profitability targets across assigned key accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with key customer buyers and store managers, conducting regular business reviews and offering objective analytical solutions to optimize retail exposure and product assortment.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Management teams to analyze sales reports, communicate market insights, and ensure high product availability and seamless order fulfillment.
  • Own and execute in-store promotional strategies, ensuring full alignment with planograms, point-of-sale execution, display standards, and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor account P&L, track key performance indicators, and manage financial administrative tasks including receivables, claims, and sales activity follow-ups.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of sales experience 
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze sales metrics, interpret reporting data, and translate insights into actionable sales plans 
  • Intermediate English level (spoken and written)
  • Driver's license 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the CPG/FMCG industry
